Please note the following important changes to your dental visit:

  • Please contact us by phone, email or online only. Please do not visit the practice unless you have an appointment.
  • All patients will be triaged with our pre-appointment screening questions;
  1. Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days?
  2. Are you waiting for a COVID-19 test or the results?
  3. Do you have any of the following symptoms:
  • New, continuous cough i.e. for more than 1 hour?
  • High temperature or fever?
  • Loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste?
  1. Do you live with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
  • Please bring your own pen to sign any necessary paperwork.
  • Please use your own toilet before you leave home, as there will be no patient toilet facility at the practice.
  • Please do not bring your belongings to the practice.
  • If you need an interpreter, please give us their name and contact number. We will call them from our phone.
  • Please allow 1 hour for your appointment.
  • We only accept payment by card or bank transfer. We do not accept cash.
  • We can only have one healthy patient at the practice at any time.
  • Please do not bring children, friends or family.
  • Children under 16 years can attend with one parent.
  • On arrival, please knock and wait until you are called in.
  • You will have your temperature checked.
  • You will be directed to our PPE station for you to disinfect your hands and put on the provided face mask.
  • Please observe 2 metre social distancing at all times outside the consultation room.
  • Please do not touch anything in the waiting room or consultation room, including your phone
  • We will only be carrying out simple emergency treatment; there will be no aerosol-generating procedures. We will not use the dental drill or any water.
  • The spittoon is not being used; you will not be able to spit out in the spittoon.
